“Zaza d'abord” (Zaza first), written by Sophie Clément and Marcel Leboeuf, presented by the Troupe de théâtre Les Deux Masques senc. “Zaza d'abord” brings you into the world of Babanou, an extravagant genie from another time, who arrives at a well-to-do Westmount chome to serve its master, Théo the caretaker. Invisible to the other characters, Babanou will help Théo win the heart of Zaza. An endeavour that won't exactly be a piece of cake, considering the egocentric ways of Zaza's father, the renowned baritone Octave Chanteclair, and a visit from the famous Russian orchestra conductor, the suspicious Youri Toutaoff, who will do anything to get what he wants.
